Details 5-1/8" utility knife from our 21st Collection, has a drop point style blade and a comfortable red POM handle, triple riveted. This versatile utility knife works well in larger paring tasks, such as slicing and trimming big vegetables and fruits. A good assistant when preparing a meal. Specifications Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 5-1/8" long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Made by Nicul in Portugal.
