Details 7-18" cooks' knife from our Slim Madera Collection, full tang blade in MV stainless steel, has a durable cherry wood handle with four rivets. Beautiful and modern design. Specifications Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has 54-56 RC hardness and is tempered at 1900 °F for better sharpness and rust resistance. Handle is made of extremely hard (crushing strength is 11,780 lb/in2) and durable Brazilian cherry wood. Made by Nicul, in Portugal. SKU: NI-751.6103.18. Use & Care Knife is corrosion resistant.
