Details This chef knife from our Spirit Collection has a 9-3/4" blade with hard Titanium steel coating, and a black PP handle that provides a comfortable grip. Specifications Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600°F) and has a beautiful gray-black color.
