Details 9-3/4" serrated bread knife in MV stainless steel, from our Prochef Collection, has a comfortable black PP synthetic handle. This knife is the right tool for easily slicing through crusty or soft bread. Specifications Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F. Made by Nicul in Portugal. SKU: NI-781.2500.25. Use & Care Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
