Details This peeling knife from our Star Collection has a 2-3/4" hawkbill style blade with a curved edge and an Asian inspired black POM handle, which includes a stainless-steel ring. The blade shape makes an easy task of peeling potatoes and other vegetables and fruits. It is also practical for removing spots. This kind of knife is a good asset in any kitchen, home or professional. Specifications Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Made by Nicul in Portugal. SKU: NI-791.9001.07.
