Nam Dok Mai is a prized Thai Mango variety Taste: A fiberless high quality mango known for its floral sweet flavor. Uses: Mangoes can be used in both raw and cooked applications. Eaten peeled and sliced as a snack or used to flavor ice cream, smoothies and other drinks the fruit can also be dried for a naturally sweet snack.Nutrition: Mangoes are a good source of fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and potassium. They also contain natural enzymes that assist in breaking down proteins. All Plants and Fruit are grown with care on a small family farm in South Florida.
