This is an original paint finish US WWII M1 helmet, liner with accessories that has been restored to represent what a Four Star US Army General would have worn during WWII. This helmet has been completed with painstaking detail, such as the use of United Carr marked hardware on the liner nape strap and, more importantly, the presence of actual shuttle loomed 20/2 mercerized yarn HBT suspension webbing. The historically accurate chinstrap webbing was made on the only functional original WWII era shuttle looms in existence. This helmets comes with an original WWII Firestone M1 Infantry Liner (GradeII).  Excellent conditioned suspension, but has tiny crack.  Nothing detrimental or neven noticeable.  Actually completes the original nature of this artifically embl
