The Migali® C-F50 commercial liquid propane and natural gas fryer are great for frying your customer’s favorite apps and entrees. This model is designed with a 50 lb capacity oil tank and includes (2) wire mess chrome baskets. Migali® uses the highest quality components, incorporating a Robert Shaw® brand thermostat for maintaining desired cooking temperatures of of up to 400°F /120,000 BTUs (Liquid gas) and 400°F /136,000 BTUs (Natural gas).
