The Migali® C-F40 commercial liquid propane and natural gas fryer are great for frying your customer’s favorite apps and entrees. This model is designed with a 40 lb capacity oil tank and includes (2) wire mess chrome baskets. Migali® uses the highest quality components, incorporating a Robert Shaw® brand thermostat for maintaining desired cooking temperatures of of up to 400°F /90,000 BTUs (Liquid gas) and 400°F /102,000 BTUs (Natural gas).
