Peychaud's Aperitivo

Peychaud's Aperitivo is a 22-proof aperitif made in Italy and launched by the Sazerac Company in 2015. It is the perfect blend of bold citrus, mild bitters and unique spice. COCKTAIL RECIPE 1 oz Peychaud’s Aperitivo 4 oz chilled Prosecco .5 oz chilled soda water Lime twist PREPARATION In a large wine glass, add ice, then slowly pour in Prosecco.  Add Peychaud’s Aperitivo, and soda water, then give the drink a gentle stir.  Garnish with a lime twist.
