Inspired by his own exploration of the outdoors and a strong desire for continued environmental preservation, Straus' large-scale paintings take an Original approach to the depiction of iconic landscapes.  The artworks are printed on aluminum using a state-of-the-art sublimation process then coated with a glossy resin finish. This finish provides amazing depth, and luminosity allowing the rich, vibrant colors to glow on this unique surface.
