Back for its third summer, our partnership blend with the iconic Springs Farm of Fort Mill, SC celebrates the flavors this farm is known for. For more than 80 years, Springs Farm has been dedicated to growing the area’s best peaches—and in recent years, their strawberries have built a loyal following of their own. This year’s blend brings together natural-processed coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia to echo the sweetness and vibrancy of Springs Farm produce. The Brazil delivers body and a round sweetness with notes of strawberry, milk chocolate, and brown sugar, while the Ethiopian adds bright stone fruit tones of ripe peach. The result is an approachable, balanced cup with just the right touch of summertime flair. We began working with Springs Farm Market in 2016 when we launched our mobile cold brew bar, and this collaboration continues to grow. With each of our collaboration blends, we seek to partner with exceptional farmers, artists, and entrepreneurs to create standout coffees fo
