MENU: Chef Justin will be curating a menu inspired heavily by Korean flavors with touches of Japanese influence, drawing from his travels through Asia to create a truly delicious and memorable dining experience. WELCOME BEER: Choice of any regular TG tap (12-16 oz.) Excludes specialty stouts. COURSE 1: Romaine hearts, avocado, and citrus salad topped with sugar snap peas and almond slices. Finished with a doenjang (Korean soybean paste) vinaigrette. COURSE 2: Korean fried chicken wings with Yangyum sauce and pickled Korean radish garnished with green onion COURSE 3: Bibimbap bowl with bulgogi beef, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, and nori strips topped with a fried egg and bibimpap sauce. Served with a side of kimchi, bean sprouts, and cucumber salad. COURSE 4: Green tea gelato with a chocolate drizzle, sweet red beans, Injeolmi (Korean rice cake), strawberries, and hazelnut pieces, garnished with fresh mint.
