Kids Sewing Foundations
Kids Sewing Foundations (Ages 8–12) A fun, hands-on introduction to sewing for kids! Over six sessions, children will learn sewing basics while making creative, handmade projects. Projects may include sewing, embroidery, upcycling, and other textile arts—perfect for beginners or those looking to build on prior experience. Kids will learn how to use a sewing machine, understand seam allowance, and practice pinning, cutting, and sewing straight lines, curves, and corners. By the end of the series, they’ll have a variety of completed projects and a strong foundation in sewing and related skills.
