Kids Sewing Foundations

Kids Sewing Foundations (Ages 8–12) A fun, hands-on introduction to sewing for kids! Over six sessions, children will learn sewing basics while making creative, handmade projects. Projects may include sewing a variety of useful projects—perfect for beginners or those looking to build on prior experience. Kids will learn how to use a sewing machine, understand seam allowance, and practice pinning, cutting, and sewing straight lines, curves, and corners. By the end of the series, they’ll have a variety of completed projects and a strong foundation in sewing and related skills.
