Stone:This beautiful sterling silver stamped pendant features a small Egyptian turquoise stone with burgandy webbing. Completed with a 16" 10mm Navajo bead necklace. Artist:Arnold Blackgoat lives on the Navajo Reservation, Black hat. He started to silversmith at the age of eight, by helping his grandmother, Helen Blackgoat; mother Jenny Blackgoat; and his well-known uncle Carson Blackgoat. Arnold is known for his thick-gauged silver, deep stamping technique, all done free hand, which makes his jewelry one of a kind. Blackgoat is a fourth generation silversmith. With his parents influence, he would add extra beads, wire work, homemade bezel, and use better turquoise. He makes one of a kind high end pieces.
