Antique Decoupage Table, Late 19th Century

- Dimensions: 33” wide x 17.5” deep x 26.75” high- One of our very favorite recent finds, this period table was whimsically embellished with decoupage in the late 19th century. - This imaginative decoration includes a menagerie of elephants, eagles, and lions, all edged by a graphic Greek key motif. Over a century of use has yielded an incredible patina, giving this piece a distinct charm that is equal parts quirky and chic. - A large central drawer is fully functional. This would make an eye-catching side or entry table.- This piece is in good antique condition, with signs of wear throughout consistent with age and use.
