Neoclassical Style Steel Daybed, circa 1960
- Dimensions: 82.25” wide x 32.25” high x 33.25” deep; 19.5" from floor to top of mattress Mattress: 31” wide x 70” long x 5” thick- Made in the 1960’s, this daybed pays homage to the grace of neoclassical furniture. While extremely elegant, this vintage piece also has a decidedly twentieth century cool factor. - A true statement piece, its architectural form and beautifully designed frame could skew classical or modern, and are worthy of building a scheme around. - We are crazy for its weathered steel finish, accentuated with brass fittings. - This piece is in very good vintage condition, and includes its original mattress and boxspring, newly recovered in crisp white muslin, ready to be reimagined. Please see our detailed photos. - Available to view in person at our New York City gallery.
