Hey it happens! Permanent Jewelry is designed to break at 12-15 pounds of force - so if its snagged or pinched its not going to harm you! Save the chain and bring it in with your appt.! - Break Warranty - item must have been purchased with Tori June's If your piece breaks at the jump ring (the welded joint) I will repair it for no cost up to 1 year after purchase. if it breaks on the chain portion and im able to fix, i will do my best to repair. If you are local to my studio Please reach out and I can schedule an appt, at a local event our my once  a month PJ days at the studio and I can repair it. If you are not local you can ship it to me and I will add a clasp and send it back until you are able to make it back to us.- Please email us to coordinate shipping details-  Unfortunately due to the incredible amount of fraudulent orders on this item I can't have $0.00 items anymore , I have to charge $1.00.
