This particular variety is prized for its honey-sweet aroma and juicy pulp with very tiny seeds. This Calabrian specialty begins with a careful harvest of superior Dottato figs from Artibel’s own farm overlooking the Tyrrhenian sea. The figs are hand-plucked during the last sweltering summer days, once they have started to sun-dry on the branches.
