All of a sudden, making scrambled eggs felt important.  I stopped rushing.  I whipped and scrambled with intention.  I added a splash of garlic infused olive oil which I’d never done before.  I served them with kimchi and it became a new family favorite.  Tools in our kitchens used to matter.  Now everything is made fast and cheap and is literally hurting us.  To me, this kit reflects an older way of looking at time spent in the kitchen.
