A complete description of the fitness routine that allows me to have veins, gains, and great toilet selfies (but more importantly, gives me the ability to race like a wild man for hours on end!) This is the resource I built for myself which stays downloaded on all of my devices for easy offline access, so I can stick to my fitness routine regardless of where I am or what equipment I have around. I've been able to stick to this easily even while living in my 4runner, now that I've re-worked the routine for maximum flexibility. Because my life is so fluid, with no real consistency, my fitness routine has to be 100% flexible and super easy to stick to. It can't be laid out over a calendar week or month. It can't require an internet connection. It can't require a ton of equipment. So, that's what I've built for myself, and it's working great!
