This is my current favorite rear shock for the CRF230F/150F, and the shock that I currently use on my own CRF230F.  Be "The Boss" of the trail with the plush El Jefé for Honda CRF230F/150F! Longer stroke than stock for more rear wheel travel. T-6 heat treated 6061 aluminum body shaves off 2.5 pounds vs. stock. Japanese made NOK brand seals and top-of-the-line Fuchs "World Design" fluid. Beefy 18mm shaft. Internal Floating Piston (IFP) keeps the gas/oil separate to avoid cavitation. Rebound adjustment has a 20 click range to compensate for +/- preload settings.
