Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0

Version 3.0 of the Rogue Adjustable Bench features an upgraded 3x3” 11-gauge steel frame, an expanded range of incline and seat positions, and an efficient bolt-together design* that enables a flat $45 parcel shipping cost—far less than past models. This uniquely robust, retractable unit also now includes a built-in upright storage stand (with rubber padding at the base for stability and floor protection) and your choice of a standard vinyl pad or an upgrade to our new premium textured foam pad. Adaptable to any size athlete and any type of bench training, the Adjustable Bench 3.0 comes equipped with 10 back pad positions (from 0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat settings (0, 15, and 30 degrees). There is a very small 1” gap between the seat pad and the back pad, allowing athletes to program their functional presses and arm movements through a full range of inclines without dealing with the discomfort of a disjointed bench.
