Seventeen years later, he now has a wife and four kids, and runs several small parcels of land spread across Huehuetenango. This washed lot is a blend of San Ramón, Costa Rica, Pacamara, and Catuaí from a parcel called La Cipresada, which happens to be located especially close to Yonny’s grandparents.  With a blissfully bouncy mouthfeel, lingering sweetness, and a superbly refreshing citrus shine, this coffee channeled the bright spindly images of Truffula Trees straight into our mind
