Indication DOLOREN® 1% Gel is a topical gel use to treat: Tendonitis of the upper and lower limbs. Post-operative and post-traumatic oedema. Osteoarthritis. Ingredient Diclofenac sodium ……………………… 300mg Excipients: q.s.f ………………………… 30g Direction Tendonitis: apply 3 to 4 times per day. Post-operative and post-traumatic oedema: apply 2 to 4 times per day. 5 g or 6 cm x 6 cm of gel is applied each time. Osteoarthritis: apply 3 to 4 times per day. 4 g or 10 cm x 10 cm of gel is applied each time. Mode of administration: Local route. Side effects Frequently: rash skin, eczema, skin erythematic, and dermatitis. Rarely: erythema multiform, Steven-Jonhson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING: Contraindication for the third trimester of pregnancy. Consult with the doctor or pharmacist for further information for the pregnancy or breast-feeding.
