Indication Use for the treatment of bacterial infections, especially the respiratory and sinus infections. Zetro is not useful for viral infections like the common cold and flu.  Ingredient Azithromycin 250mg Direction For adults (ages 18 years and older), take an oral dosage of 1 Capsule once or twice a day. For children above 45kg 1 capsule per day. It is not recommended for children below 45 kg.
