ABOUT State-of-the-art, low odor, water thinnable urethane-alkyd emulsion. Combines the advantages of both modern acrylic and traditional oil formulations. Available in Brilliant or Satin finishes, both equally durable. APPLICATION Tools: Apply by brush, roller or spray. Please note: Fine Paints of Europe recognizes spray application as an excellent method to apply our coatings, however we do not consult on the specifications nor the equipment needed to do so. New, unpainted surfaces: After surface preparation (sanding, etc.) and cleaning, apply one coat ECO Primer/Undercoat or FPE Oil Primer/Undercoat. If painting exterior wood, moisture levels should not exceed 14%. Primer coat should be sanded with 220 grit paper. Then apply two generous, even coats of ECO. Apply the paint and then walk away.
