You may have to widen the hole of the feet of the string tension bar to fit some bridge post widths. However, not ideal for gold plating. The other solution I can offer is converting to the M8 bridge posts and the ABR-1 bridge. I have also learned that the bridge posts I have are better than the stock bridge posts Epiphone and other import guitars use.
