Original vintage licensed public service announcement for the Center for Disease Control encouraging immunizations. This is the later of the two versions, which have slightly different text at the bottom. This one was released in 1979 and starts with the line, "Do your records show it?" Poster is near mint, unused, and measures 14x22 inches.
