Organic Honduras Finca Santa Maria The country of Honduras sits between the countries of Guatemala and El Salvador, both known for their high quality coffees so it should be no surprise that Honduran coffee is gaining popularity. This beans come from the family owned Finca Sana Maria which sits just on the outskirts of the Honduran National Forest Preserve Pico Pojol. Note: due to the organic certification being located outside the USA, your coffee may say Natural instead of Organic. The Bean These beans are the Pacamara varietal and are high grown at over 4000 feet above sea level. With the high altitude and wet growing conditions, these beans are then naturally processed before being roasted by our master roaster.
