TPR020 - EZ Bleed Coolant Kit - XP / XPT

EZ Bleed Coolant Kit  This kit eliminates the extreme hassle of bleeding a coolant system in RZR XP1000 and XP Turbo(s) engines. TPR's EZ bleed system allows you to bleed the coolant system in minutes and conveniently in a very accessible area. The factory bleeder sits right on top of the exhaust manifold and is a mess to get to while your engine is hot and running. Once this kit is installed it will continuously bleed the coolant system and eliminate air pockets on its own.  The number 1 cause of blown headgaskets is from overheating and trapping air pockets in the cylinder head. Polaris resolved this issue when they designed the self-bleeding Pro XP cylinder head, now also seen on Turbo R and Pro S models.   Kit Includes -   Bleeder line w/ heat shielding 6mm banjo bolt w/ copper washers TPR valve cover bolt & grommet Zip tie Radiator hose insert w/ hose clamps   When Installing -  Remove the stock bleeder screw and install your new bleeder line and banjo bolt with the 2 copper
