What was new in '22: Historical track maps of the long-gone Brooklyn Els of the early-to-mid 20th Century. They're all here: Brooklyn's Lexington Ave. Line, Fulton Street, Myrtle Avenue, and the massive Sands Street and Park Row terminals. All the old routes--and even their marker signal codes--are included! The South Brooklyn Railway is also depicted, including it's sidings and interchanges. As always, the book depicts every track (with track numbers), every yard, every station, and many diverging route home signals. The book also encompasses the latest capital improvements, signal changes and track/signal renewal projects, including the newly-reopened 42nd St. Shuttle reconfiguration. As with past editions, Grand Central, the Park Avenue tunnels, Penn Station, PATH, and the Staten Island Railway track maps are also included.
