Available for sale is a 2013 Case CX470B crawler excavator.  This is a TX machine from a local utility/dirt contractor. It is powered by a reliable and fuel efficient Isuzu AH-6UZ1X diesel engine (Tier III)  making 362 net HP.  Machine starts right up; hydraulics work as they should; machine travels and counter-rotates as it should. This machine is a cabbed machine with working heat and working A/C (blows cool not cold) - operator station is in good condition for hours/age of machine. U/C is in good condition for hours/age of machine. Machine is equipped with a quick-coupler and comes with a 36" (38" bite) GP bucket in good condition for hours/age of machine - teeth are in average to above average condition.  Great price for a machine that originally cost $500,000!
