14K gold filled Tree of Life necklace personalized Grandmother Necklace with Birthstones to represent her grandchildren. The top disc 14K gold filled disc is lightly hammered on the edges and hand stamped with "grandma" or your special grandmother name and the bottom disc, also hammered on the edges is personalized with the grandchildren's names (up to 22 characters).
