Personalized Charm Disc Necklace

Perfect for a grandmother or mother! I am selling this with 6 discs, but if you need more or less, please convo me for a custom listing (each additional charm is $8 each). Or you can just add charms following the link below. Each disc is 1/2" hammered sterling silver with a hand stamped name (max 9 characters). The discs are attached to separate links with a sturdy jump ring so each charm can be seen. They will not all clump together. The chain is a durable sterling silver link chain with a spring ring clasp. Available in 16, 18 or 20 inches.
