Antique Enamel & Garnet Bug Earrings

Dramatic earrings featuring insects adorned with green, red, and white enamel. The enamel insects were originally part of a 1920s silver earring set. Our jeweler transformed them by adding 14k gold backs, 14k gold ear wires and garnet surmounts. Each earring measures 1.2 inches from the top of the ear wire to bottom by 0.5 inches wide, and they have a combined weight of 4.19 grams. They are in great condition.
