This month's coffee, Mariposa (meaning butterfly in Spanish) arrives this February as a symbol of transformation, brightness, and quiet renewal. Grown in Gigante, Colombia, this natural process coffee is sun-dried as whole cherries, allowing the fruit’s sugars to fully infuse the bean through thr drying process. This careful transformation emerges as a vibrant, expressive and full of life brew.   In the cup, sweet green grape and juicy mandarin take flight first, followed by fresh pink lemonade and citrus fruits.
