The Flat Shovel Head is a sturdy formed and tempered steel shovel blade suited for shaping, clearing drains and moving dirt. This shovel was selected for remanufacture after becoming the most popular option for customers to custom convert to our couplings.  The shovel blade is securely mounted to a Trail Boss coupling. [Handle not included.] -- The 9.25” wide flat blade, forged and tempered makes this flat shovel work like a full-size shovel while still being packable. The blade is mounted to an anodized aluminum Trail Boss shovel adapter using stainless steel bolts. Blade size: 9.25”(235mm) wide, 11”(280mm) long, 17”(432mm) overall length Blade material: Formed and tempered steel Trail Boss coupling: CNC machined and anodized aircraft aluminum coupling Mounting hardware: Stainless steel 10mm bolts and 6mm cap screws Weight: 2.5lbs (1156g)
