Communicable Disease Trainings

PURPOSE:  to educate early child care staff, independent daycare providers/center, developmental disability agencies, etc. on the various types of communicable also known as infectious diseases and precautions to protect them and other individuals from contracting and/or spreading potential infectious diseases. Initial Training= 6 hours Renewal Training= 3 hours (must show proof of unexpired certificate) Approved by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Daycare Staff must have training within 60 days of hire (including child abuse training). Renewal required every 3 years.  You will receive a flyer with a link. This link will take you to the audio presentation and will give you instructions on how to complete to be able to receive your health training documentation.
