Provided via the TrainHeroic App - You can purchase a custom, individualized training program that is specifically designed to guide you towards achieving the goals you are looking to achieve. After purchasing your custom training program "spot" you will be sent an Onboarding Form. This form is intended to be used for gathering the necessary information I need to write your program. After submitting your completed form you will be contacted in 24 hours or less regarding your inquiry for a custom training program.
