Description: A relative of min, basil is a great companion to strawberries creating a classic combination. The earthiness of the strawberries pairs well with the bright sweet strawberry. It brews a light bright cup and is equally good hot or iced. As with all white teas, it the flavors intensify as the tea cools. Best brewed with water heated to 180° and steeped for 3 minutes.
