Expired Session Activation Fee Policy To ensure clarity regarding session usage, we have implemented the following policy for expired sessions: Expiration of Sessions: All sessions will expire 90 days (or three months) from the date of purchase or from the last date of use. Any sessions that are completely unused within this timeframe will also expire. Activation Fee: If you wish to reactivate any expired sessions, a $150 activation fee will apply. Access to Expired Sessions: Please note that payment of the activation fee does not guarantee access to all expired sessions. Reactivation is subject to our policies and availability, and certain sessions may still be considered forfeited as outlined in your initial agreement. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to utilize your sessions within the specified timeframe to avoid any additional fees.
