Materials: Size H, 5.00 mm crochet hook Medium weight cotton yarn (size 4), I used Crafters Secret Cotton in "Iced Mint". Two 2 oz. skeins yields 7 coasters Blunt needle Abbreviations: hk- hook ch- chain st(s)- stitch(es) sc- single crochet hslst- half double crochet slip stitch sl st- slip stitch Special Stitches: hslst- half double crochet slip stitch:  Yarn over, insert your hook into the next st, yarn over and pull through the stitch and the 2 loops on your hook.
