Chef Dan Heinze is the Chef de Cuisine at McCrady's in Charleston, S.C. Under Chef Sean Brock, McCrady's has manned the revival of Southern Cuisine as one of the top restaurants in America. Chef Heinze brings an exciting and deep appreciation for tradition and creativity to its kitchen.
