Custom Cut Polished and Wire Wrapped Wonderston NV Necklace/Pendant Sterling Silver .935 Over all size: 1 5/8 x 9/16 inch  or 41mm x 14mm Custom Cut and polished by Mary and Wire Wrapped by Bob. This beautiful Wonderstone also called Volcanic Rhyolite Wonderstone from NV we had won at an auction from estate of one of our gem club members.  Such a beautiful stone.  Wonderstone from Nevada is a volcanic rock that's sometimes called a rhyolite. It's made of volcanic glass particles that are welded together by heat and compacted by pressure. The rock's colorful banding is caused by groundwater circulating through it.  More pieces to come.
