Our founder, Natalie, first met Mauricio at a Specialty Coffee Conference in 2015, and they quickly became friends. Since then, Mauricio and his family have welcomed over a dozen Treeline team members to their farms, giving us the chance to learn firsthand just how much care and craftsmanship goes into every step of coffee production. This sugarcane-processed decaf comes from Planadas, Tolima. It is naturally decaffeinated using a combination of sugarcane and fresh spring water. The water flows from a nearby spring, is lightly filtered through sand, and requires no additional treatment before being used in the process.
