Stony Riverbed by Suzanne LeBeau

Suzanne LeBeau has been a long time staple in the Smyrna arts community. She specializes and focuses her efforts in plein air oils and acrylics featuring local scenery. As a long time advocate and enjoyer of local nature preserves, hiking trails, and untamed natural areas, her works tends to center around local parks, trails, and other local scenery that we might overlook since it's close to home. Stony Riverbed features a scene of Stones River where it runs through local favorite Barfield Crescent Park a just a short drive away from Smyrna. The drying riverbed surrounded by greenery is a typical scene in waterways all over Middle Tennessee come early summer and late spring/early fall.
