Puttanesca Sauce

Sold in 12 oz containers, Frozen Puttanesca is a traditional tomato based sauce from Naples. We make a vegetarian version of this classic sauce. This sauce features our farm grown tomatoes with Roman Leccino black olives, our freshly harvested garlic, chili flakes, Sicilian capers, farm oregano and a caramelized onion and golden raisin puree. These delicious fully ripe olives & salt packed capers have a sweet, fresh, fruity and fragrant taste. This classic sauce is perfect for twirling with our tonnarelli or try it with our fusilli!   Ingredients: Organic Tomatoes, Organic Olive Oil, Yellow Onions, Golden Raisins, Organic Olives, Garlic, Capers, Chili Flake, Oregano, Thyme,  Salt.
