Sustainably foraged Ramps are whipped into Mill Brook Farms ricotta cheese & and farm chive flowers.  Finished with balsamic glaze for a touch of sweetness, this filled pasta is perfect for any occasion.  Delicious paired with aour alla vodka sauces or our Heirloom Red Sauce.
