Room Booking DetailsRates are based on double occupancy — two guests per room. Each room features one queen bed, private or shared bathroom, etc.. If booking with a friend, please list their name during registration so we can place you together. Otherwise, you’ll be paired with another attendee of the same preference to ensure comfort and a supportive experience. Single occupancy or private room upgrades may be available at an additional cost.
